He says it took France 200 years to evolve. Evolve into what?
France is a disaster, and we are following them down the drain.

I notice NO ONE picked up this story in any newspaper, leaving UPI as the only carrier. Their copyright statement says NO ONE is allowed to reprint it. And they want $300 dollars if you want to post a copy here. Talk about highway robbery.
