An LA judge will not throw out 15 of the 16 counts again Representative William Jefferson. That's good news. The defense had hoped to sell the 'allegedly' corrupt Congressman as one who engaged in mere "influence peddling".

In other Jefferson news, the Congressman has endorsed Obama. I wouldn't expect Obama to tout that endorsement, both for it's origin and late timing.

No, but it is in tune with the types and character of them that do support him and if not for web blogs he might be touting them all.
