...28 Senators have declined to disclose any information about their mortgages. Should they be forced to? I don't think so, but in light of the markets right now, it would probably be a smart thing to do - unless they have something to hide. Their constituents should take notice - and hold them accountable.

Even Mother Teresa had stuff she didn't want made public!

When are we going to drop the facade and acknowledge that rich people get that way by doing things EVERYBODY would not necessarily approve of?

All I'm saying is that everyone has skeletons. Can we PLEASE quit looking for Ghandi to run the country? Besides, I heard he ran a hedge fund on the side...

I don't think we are looking for Ghandi to run the country. And I don't care:
1. who they are cheating on their wife with
2. what they are watching on their television
3. which magazines they are getting down at the quickie mart
4. what strip club they frequent
5. which poker game they play on the weekend
6. what brand (or nationality) of cigars they smoke
7. which golf club they play at on sunday morning

Unless one of the above is going to entice them to provide billions of dollars of my tax money to prop up a shady business venture or bad bunch of subprime loans.

Then I care.
