Where do these monsters come from? PDF Print E-mail

Another candidate for the death pool. This woman cut a child from the womb of his mother while she lived. I cannot think of a more cruel way to die than this, nor can I fathom how someone could do something like this.

Perhaps the worst thing of all is that this monster...this beast...will live another thirty or forty years as a ward of the state.

Had a flash that we are uncivilized barbarians in tolerating these sadistic sociopaths to live after being convicted. Is that a smirk on her face Rob? Can't tell.

that's the ultimate irony huh dw? : combat_rob_on_the_move
It looks to me like she's smirking, too.

I don't know if we are barbarians for tolerating monsters like this; I think it's that we believe we are too sophisticated to engage in the 'barbarism' of executing beasts like this.

What she did is among the most vile things a person can do to another. It is the kind of thing that should keep us awake at night. The fact I will sleep fine tonight is a good indication of how far we've fallen.

Associate her with barbers? No, they would have disposed of her promptly. They were more civilized than that (despite what some pseudo historians write) That the leftards think they are too sophisticated to executer her is a mark against our society.

She should have gotten almost no press. Only a rope.

Were you speaking of yourself Rob?

If so, very bad analogy to my thinking. You care enough to post frequent stories like this of which prompts us all to feel, talk and vote when we can. You are making a difference as best you can.
Hope I am not outta line in latching on to that.

Too much exposure, too much press, and dwelling on these monsters too much will dull your sense of disgust with them. They will become routine. After all, there is another monster every day. I prefer to give them no (very little) press so that when we do have to pass judgement on them, our outrage is fresh and clear.

Good point Rex but I think maybe not enough press in that this happens probably more frequently than we know. Only the worst ones are reported nation wide. And where ethnics are involved it can be undesirable focusing upon it. LIL vaguew there sorry not able to articulate well.

Of course it happens pretty often. If only one out of a million people are such monters and they only do this kind of thing once a day, then with a group of 183Million one of them will do this kind of thing every other day.

My concern is that if we see this kind of horror too often, it loses its ability to offend our sensibilities. Kind of like the 1000th horror movie doesn't frighten and offend the way the first one did when we were twelve.

We NEED to be frightened and offended by this kind of behavior, but we should not dwell on it, lest it lose its offensiveness. (Today's extreme is tommorrow's norm?)
We NEED to be offended by her behavior, so that we don't become like the "passive liberal apeasers" that protest against proper punishment of this behavior. Stretch her neck and get on with life.
