...sorry about the light posting, folks. Things have been...hectic...at work and I've been behind in school. But, things slowed down these last couple of days (time which I used to catch up in school) and I'm ready to do some posting in the next couple of days while I have a (way too brief) lull.

Well since you have time now, post something that is vague, generalized, has lots of room for misunderstanding and misinterpretation, and covers all of history and the whole human experience so that dw can rant all day and not get off topic. I love his rants. He has his finger on the pulse of everything. He is the string theory incarnate.

Just wondering. Was watching some you tubes about Icelanders rioting over their economic crisis. A obscure place with the same problems as everyone else. Corrupt banking officials was one of their complaints. The crisis is worldwide and the publics general unofficial analyisis is that greed and corruption of financial institutions and their officers is possibly a norm weather they are exposed or not.

Couple that with a likewise recent history of documented reasons for having complete lack of faith and trust in politicians and their is no reason for any confusion about what causes economic crisis. Oer any problem for that matter.

At this point, here is the obviious answer to our questions about what we can do.

Like to hear one person, anybody tell us what we can do about it. If the answer involves calling and writing and protesting? ... UH? Uh oh! I didn't thinkm of that!

I think we need to publically and openly and honestly ask our military to assume temporary emergency measures weather Constitutional or not, and ENFORCE OUR LAWS!

Sound sceary. Well it should! That is where our dictitoral leadership has put us. I say dictitoral in the context of violating laws and ethics regardless. Ignorant supporters claiming 'democracy' legitimizes all agendas need to be 'enlightened'.

What is amazing to me is the ability of industrious and hardworking people that manage to keep the economy afloat in spite of the elite dredge of soceity sucking their blood, styfling their their oxygen and threatening and prosecuting them them with political correctness and a mountain of costly time consuming code and ordinances.

Damn I feel better now!

Stumbled on this site. On the side bar are links to many halarious pics and vids concerning the economy and bailout. I have no TV nor watch it ever. So the Comedy Central vids suprised me. laffed my butt off.

Hey Rex. The first vid was of Congressmen Greyson of Florida grilling Inspector General Coleman of the Federal Reserve and getting her to admit the not only do not know where the money is going
but that she/they are not even investigating. Basically the front line cannon fodder reserve officials aren't supposed to know anything. Plausable deniability? lol Whad am I? Dey doan knee no dam nausableplyability!

Hard to damn believe they are not all in prison but I guess this is a economic equivalence of natuional Security. Laff my dum ass off.

The second vid is also Congress Greyson stating that he asked the Vice Chairman of the Federal Reserve what happened to the 1.6 trillion and the the Vice Chairman would not answer. He (Greyson) then states that that is the 'big picture' for now.

Gonna read your link and suspect it is the same yet detailed story in print lol

Florida Congressman Alan Grayson discussed how systemic risk is an excuse for socialism and that interconnectedness is the main reason that these institutions are "too big to fail." In fact, these institutions no longer hold social or economic purpose, they are simply too big to exist.
